Our Approach

We delivered a High Performance Management programme tailored to the senior management team. The programme combines group workshops with in-depth one-to-one coaching for each participant, exploring the personal and professional factors that may be limiting their impact. These sessions help each leader identify and address individual goals, ambitions, challenges, and internal or external barriers to effectiveness. The course also covers strategic prioritisation, planning, and time management, with a strong focus on improving cross-functional collaboration and leadership style.

The Outcome

  • Productivity and Performance: The CEO reported that staff had become more focused and efficient. Targets were being hit more frequently, and meetings were noticeably more effective.
  • Leadership Growth: Managers reported improved leadership skills and a shift to more empowering management styles.
  • Collaboration: Inter-departmental working became significantly more collaborative. Several team members noted their individual impact on the business had increased.


Personal Wellbeing:
A number of managers reported being much happier in their work. Most reported striking improvements in work/life balance and home life satisfaction.
