The CEO contacted us following concerning results in staff satisfaction surveys. These highlighted significant gaps in employee enjoyment of work.Inter-departmental collaboration was strained, and key performance targets were being missed.
Our Approach
We delivered a High Performance Management programme tailored to the senior management team. The programme combines group workshops with in-depth one-to-one coaching for each participant, exploring the personal and professional factors that may be limiting their impact. These sessions help each leader identify and address individual goals, ambitions, challenges, and internal or external barriers to effectiveness. The course also covers strategic prioritisation, planning, and time management, with a strong focus on improving cross-functional collaboration and leadership style.
The Outcome
Personal Wellbeing: A number of managers reported being much happier in their work. Most reported striking improvements in work/life balance and home life satisfaction.
