The coaching process included a combination of group and individual sessions, each tailored to address the specific priorities, limiting factors, and stretch potential of each manager. A key feature was the shift in how managers allocated their time — moving away from constant urgency toward a greater emphasis on strategic and proactive work.
Regular goal-setting cycles encouraged the pursuit of more ambitious targets, while work on self-awareness, relationship patterns, and value alignment contributed to greater internal cohesion across the team.
