We delivered a High Performance Management (HPM) programme to the entire team.The programme was designed to unlock untapped potential, both professionally and personally, and to strengthen alignment between individual actions and the company’s strategic goals.

The Solution
The coaching process included a combination of group and individual sessions, each tailored to address the specific priorities, limiting factors, and stretch potential of each manager. A key feature was the shift in how managers allocated their time — moving away from constant urgency toward a greater emphasis on strategic and proactive work.

Regular goal-setting cycles encouraged the pursuit of more ambitious targets, while work on self-awareness, relationship patterns, and value alignment contributed to greater internal cohesion across the team.
